An excellent value “old favourite”, perfect for family meals… Brisket on the Bone is excellent for pot roasts, or added to stews, Welsh Cawls and Greek Stifados – also delicious cold.

• Pot roast with vegetables, until it melts in the mouth
• A traditional favourite for soups, stews and Welsh Cawl
• Boil the brisket until it drops off the bone, then add the vegetables
• Stew the whole brisket with wine, tomatoes and herbs, to make Greek Stifado
• Welsh beef from naturally reared grass-fed cattle, from family farms
• Dry-aged in time-honoured fashion, for the best flavour and texture
