Lamb and Mint Sausages

Wales is a land of sheep, so we’ve decided to make Welsh lamb and mint sausages, using prime cuts of Welsh lamb. Handmade by our artisan butchers here in Letterston, these sausages are a delicious and affordable way for the whole family to enjoy lamb.
